Am no longer in HDHP. Can I rollover HSA to another provider w/ lower fee?

I am no longer in an HDHP and have changed employers. My former employer paid the $8.75 monthly HSA fee. How it is being deducted from my HSA balance each month. Is there a more cost effective option for me to keep the account, not contribute additional funds, request disbursements for eligible expenditures? $105 fees per year is far in excess to the interest my $4,000+ balance is earning.
