Help! I need insurance to send my daughter to an RTC in Utah. Any ideas?

RTC is Residential Treatment Center. Utah does not accept Medi-Cal. I live in California.

She can leave as soon as I can get her covered, but cannot go until then.

This can be 'temporary' or 'high risk' or anything that will cover her for emergency situations (and ideally, prescriptions too.)
