There are several options available to provide health insurance to your 19 year-old son, however they are not likely to be as comprehensive or as inepensive as the Child Health Plus plan. State sponsored children's health plans are designed to provide health insurance coverage to children of families in certain income brackets, but these plans only cover the child up to the age of 19.
