I'm on permanent disability and state ins does not kick in til Nov 2011. My COBRA benefits end in March. I have a pre-existing condition and cannot be without coverage. Do I qualify?

You can go on www.esurance.com and get individual insurance so that you are not subject to pre-x. Once you see what plan you like on esurance, I'd go to the actual carrier and get the plan re-quoted through them.
