I live in California,but travel about 8 months/year to different countries

I would like "travel" health insurance, with the option of emergency coverage in the States, at a reasonable rate. I do not have a permanent foreign address, so I apparently do not qualify for the ProTexPlan, which sounded great. Anything similar?
