Is there a health provider that pays cash to member that has lost an organ

My wife has Lupus and she is in renal failure. We went to San Antonio Kidney Transplant Center at the Methodist hospital so she could start the wait on a donor. We found out about the share program there, where couples like us who need a kidney sign on a donor list. This is what you do as an alternative if you do not match your partner. It cuts your wait time from 5 years to months. Fortunatly, I am a match for my wife and I am in great healh. This procedure will actually be my first time to lay in a hospital bed, and Im 32 yrs old. My big question is this, and I don't care if it is fround upon, or not the proper thing to do. I want to know if there is a way to get supplemental payment for my kidney loss. I am a totally blessed man to be able to do this for my love, but we need money if it is available, legally of course, but being shady is ok, if possible?
