Is there a plan in Virginia that offers a single parent plus child?

I have only found plans that have family coverage, no matter how many people are in the family. I am a single mom w/ a son and my insurance through work is manageable for myself. My income is too high for FAMIS for my son, but adding him to my policy will be more than 4x what I pay for myself. Help??
