My daughter's father is deceased. I am unemployed. Is she eligible?

My daughter is 5 years old. We recieve 1492.00/ month social security for her and 1492.00/ month social security for me because her father is deceased. Is she eligible for any state heath insurance? I am unemployed and have an individual policy for the two of us, but am having difficulty affording it. There are four people in our household..My daughter, my two sons from a previous marriage, and me. Child support is provided to me for my sons it is 490.00/2 weeks.
