We are over 65.green card holders but not eligble for medicare.

We have been in USA since December 2009. We cannot find health insurance todate. We have pre-exiting medical conditions but not life threatening. Where can we find insurance without paying an arm and a leg.Please advice and help.Mr . Kumar
