Golden Rule offers individual health insurance with a maternity option. You'll have to pay a lot for it relative to the benefis. keep in mind that any individual health plan will pay for any "medical complications" connected with your pregnancy. That's the stuff that could really be expensive. What a typical plan does not cover is normal delivery expenses. That's not cheap - $5000 to $10,000 depending on medical costs where you live - but not catastrophic either.
