i am going to become a surrogate how does medical care work

I live in UTAH and I am going to become a surrogate mother but I don't understand how it works with insurance coverage I know that my insurance doesn't cover it so does that mean I cant become a surrogate or does that mean it is up to the intended couple to worry about the medical bill or will I get stuck with the bills even if I am going throw a reputable attorney.
