lawsuit gives me opportunity to choose new plan

serenca lawsuit says i can pick any new blue cross plan, not sure if calif. only, i live in nevada now. (NV only?). I don't have to go through underwriting, must be in by 7/31/11. Im wondering whats the best way to pick a plan high low deductible for this situation. What if any are things i could take advantage of because of this offer from the seerenca lawsuit settlement.
